Recruitment process

When you begin your career at GTX, you start with a transparent and fair recruitment process that allows us to get to know our potential employees better and find the best fit for our team. The process involves several steps to ensure that each candidate has a chance to showcase their skills and experience:

Step 1 - CV analysis

Each application is carefully reviewed by our HR Department. We pay attention not only to work experience, but also to the skills, achievements and passions of the candidates. We want to find out who you are and how your competencies can contribute to the development of our company. Remember to add a clause in your resume stating that you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.

Step 2 - Interview

The next step is an interview, which can take place both online and in person. During the interview, we try to get to know the candidate better, understand their motivations and assess how their skills and experience can contribute to our company's goals. We try to create a friendly atmosphere in which the candidate can freely present his or her qualifications and answer questions.

Step 3 - Second round (optional)

For some positions, it may be necessary to conduct a second round of interviewing, in which the candidate has a chance to meet with other team members or supervisors. The purpose of this round is to get to know the candidate better and assess his or her fit with the specific position and department.

Step 4 - Making the decision to hire

At the end of the recruitment process, each candidate receives feedback from our HR department. Regardless of the decision as to whether the candidate is hired or not, we strive to ensure a positive and clear conclusion to the recruitment process. Sales Department

Our marketing team is responsible for building and promoting the NEO TOOLS, GRAPHITE, VERTO, TOP TOOLS, TOPEX, BAILDON and the GTX Poland corporate brand. The marketing department deals with marketing strategy, conducting advertising campaigns, organizing industry events and creating promotional materials. Our marketing activities are aimed at increasing brand awareness and attracting new customers.

Product Development Department

The product development department is engaged in market research, trend analysis and the design of new products and services. Our team works on the continuous development of our product portfolio, ensuring the diversification and high quality of our solutions. This enables us to meet the diverse needs of our customers and maintain our position as a leader in the tool industry.

Logistics Department

The logistics department is responsible for efficient warehouse management, transportation and distribution of our products. Our team takes care of ensuring the smoothness and security of logistics processes, enabling the fast and efficient delivery of goods to customers around the world. Logistics is a key component of our business, ensuring timely delivery of orders and satisfaction of our customers.

Finance and Accounting Department

The finance and accounting department is responsible for the comprehensive management of GTX Poland's financial management. Our team takes care of cost control, financial settlements, reporting and analysis of financial indicators. We ensure transparency and reliability of our activities, taking care of the stability and financial development of our company.

IT Department

The IT department supports all areas of GTX Poland's operations by providing the necessary IT tools and IT infrastructure. Administration Department
