The Code of Ethics commits us to conduct our business in accordance with the law and high ethical standards. It is designed to protect our Employees and prevent the occurrence of unethical behavior.

AS A SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE COMPANY, GTX HAS IMPLEMENTED POLICIES ON:

Environmental protection - in our daily work, we are guided by concern for our environment, we comply with current legislation, we have implemented waste segregation and collect products for disposal, we follow the best practices indicated in ISO 14001:2004;

Occupational Health and Safety - all Employees are required to comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, for the sake of the safety of our Employees we provide protective equipment and conduct training on safe work;

Fair treatment of Employees - all GTX Employees should be treated and treat others with due respect and fairness, discrimination based on personality traits or views is not allowed, all decisions regarding Employees must be based on merit considerations: qualifications, experience, competence and job performance;

Workplace violence - the workplace is supposed to be free from violence, bullying and harassment by subordinates, co-workers, superiors and contractors, so at GTX we do not allow an atmosphere of intimidation, aggression or humiliation or harassment in verbal, physical or visual form, we do not allow sexual harassment and bullying in the workplace;

Conflict of interest - occurs when an Employee, in the course of performing his duties, may make decisions that threaten his impartiality and independence and directly or indirectly affect his economic or personal interest.

Accepting and giving gifts - gifts, meals and events with Customers, Suppliers and Partners must be kept within reason - both in situations where GTX is the initiator and recipient of such courtesies.

Corruption - Corruption is not tolerated at GTX, either directly by its employees or indirectly through other entities we work with, giving/accepting material benefits is also prohibited through any partners, agents, contractors, suppliers, or any entity over which GTX has control;

Child Labor and Forced Labor - At GTX, we do not condone the use of child or forced labor by the Company or any of its Suppliers, Customers or Partners;

Fair competition in the market - GTX was established and develops in an atmosphere of fair, open competition, so we support the free market economy and act in accordance with the Law on Combating Unfair Competition, we do not enter into agreements that have the purpose or effect of unfairly eliminating, restricting or otherwise infringing competition in the relevant market;

Information security - every GTX employee is required to be prudent and careful in protecting important and confidential company information - both inside and outside the workplace;

Social media communication - each Employee has the right to speak on social media on GTX-related topics under the following conditions: indicating that you are affiliated with GTX, indicating that you are expressing your own opinion, speaking culturally with respect for others, providing truthful information, not speaking about competitors, not providing confidential information;

Patents, Copyrights and Trademarks - At GTX we do not use patents, products, works, ideas without the permission of the owner or author, any concepts, processes and technologies developed by our Employees that will be protected by patents, copyrights or trademarks become the intellectual property of the Company or our customers;

Use of company property - property is a limited resource and should only be used for business purposes, use of phones, private emails, time on the Internet for private purposes should be kept to a minimum.
